Kitchen:

Bathroom:
  • Clean mirrors
  • Mop or vacuum floors
  • Clean sink
  • Clean toilet inside, outside and around base
  • Clean smudges on walls and wall fixtures
  • Scrub tub and tiles
  • Clean and shine faucets
  • Clean shower doors
  • Replace towels and bathmats
  • Clean outside cabinets and cupboards
Bedrooms:
  • Vacuum or clean floor
  • Make bed or change linens
  • Dust and/or polish night stands
Other Living Areas:
  • Edge clean vacuum all carpeted areas
  • Vacuum sofas and chairs
  • Remove cobwebs
  • Wipe dust from blinds and window sills
  • Shake out and replace throw rugs
  • Clean all mirrors within reach
  • Dust on, around and under other small items
  • Remove dust from door frames
  • Clean hardwood floors with care

The regular charges are as follows:

4 hour minimum charge of $64.00 if you provide the equipment and supplies or $72.00 if supplies are brought by the cleaning person or team. So, for 1, 2, 3 or 4 hours of cleaning time you will be charged either $64.00 or $72.00. First time service add $15.00

The minimum charge is met by one person cleaning for up to 4 hours or a team of two cleaning for up to 2 hours each. Always count total hours which is the number of hours worked times the number of our employees doing the cleaning. For example: 4 x 1 = 4 hours of cleaning if one employee is cleaning or 2 x 2 = 4 hours of cleaning if a team of two employees is cleaning.

Certain outlying areas are subject to an additional transportation charge.

We normally schedule for 4, 6 or 8 eight hours. After the minimum charge our hourly rates are:

$16.00 per hour per person if you provide the equipment and supplies.
$18.00 per hour per person if your cleaning person brings equipment and supplies.

These prices per visit are based on twice monthly service, less than twice monthly is $10.00 higher. (negotiable)

Payment Policy:

Payment is expected on the same day your cleaning is done. Under certain circumstances other, pre-arranged, payment plans can be worked out. Make checks payable to Janet Dela Cruz or pay in advance using pay pal.
We reserve the right to charge a $20.00 service fee on NSF checks

Recommended Cleaning Supplies and Equipment To Have on Hand:

Clorox liquid Clean up
Soft Scrub
Windex or All purpose glass cleaner, (streak free)
Tilex, or a Major name brand (mildew remover)
Shower Power, or Major name brand (soap scum remover)
Mr. Clean or Spic 'n Span (all purpose floor cleaner)
SOS pads
Pro 409 (degreaser)
Lime Away or Lysol Hardwater (lime remover)
Toilet bowl cleaner/brush
Pledge and/or Endust (smear-free type for furniture dusting/polishing)
Oven Cleaner
Fabreeze or fabric freshener

Note: Generic or bio-degradable cleaning supplies can be used at client's request. However, the cleaning may be compromised and not up to high standards.

Feather duster
Tall duster for cobwebs near ceilings
Rubber gloves ('large' size is usually ok)
Pumice stone
Scrubbies™ (metal, green Scotchbrite, plastic)
Sponges (two small, one large)
Scrubbing brush (suitable for scrubbing floors)
Garbage can liners
Bucket with handle
A dozen or more wash cloth-sized clean rags
Paper towels
Step stool
