AGE'S PAST PROJECTS

My first drill 1972 ADOT This drill was first used for on foundation exploring for the Papago Fwy. at 44th Street & Roosevelt in Phoenix, AZ with saving to the taxpayer $40,000. 

This is a Mobile Model  B-50 mounted on an International Harvester Tracklayer Model 8-C. 
It was mounted on a tandem axle trailer with a hole cut in the back of the trailer bed for working on city streets without marring the paving. 

The drill was capable of drilling with a hollow stem auger, or Down Hole Hammer (DHH) drill and wire line coring. 
 

 
AA Field Lab in Twisp, WA Atomic Absorption field laboratory located in Twisp, WA. 

This project determined the leachability of copper sulfide ore that contained significant quantities of Gold.

 
 
Mobile model B-50 drill rig on-site in Chloride, AZ. 

This was a water well project for the town of Chloride. Drill bore was to accommodate 5" drill casing.  

Atlas Copco DHH (Down Hole Hammer) used for drilling through solid metamorphic granite. Drill rod size was HQ-wireline.
